Job Description:
The successful candidates will ideally have proven experience of working in a busy Call Centre environment and they must also be adept at dealing with a high volume of calls from clients as well as internal departments.
Successful post-holders may also be involved in making outbound calls as part of specific strategic projects and initiatives.
You must have a genuine interest in delivering exceptional customer service and be willing to continue to develop and improve your skills in this area. It is essential that you must possess a clear, polite, courteous and professional telephone manner. The ideal candidate will have a good standard of education and have the aptitude to learn new skills within a busy and challenging environment.
Candidates should possess a willingness to be flexible and it is essential that they have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to portray a confident and professional manner at all times.
Full time 35 hours and part time shifts between the hours of Monday - Friday 8.00am to 8.00pm and Saturday 9.00am - 4.00pm on a rota basis.
